Description
OK, here's another production on my way to learn a space art... 
The land (some kind of moon) was rendered in Terragen. The terrain used here was Stardust made by Markal, put on the 5000km radius planet. Rendered @ 3000x2250.
The planet made in 3dsmax 5.1, and phased in Photoshop.
The ship is actually a Soyuz TMA-2 satelitte. I got it from NASA archives, shadowed and painted in Photoshop.
The starfield, stardust, and this kinda weird fog over the moon
are painted in Photoshop.
All in all - 5 days of work The resulting file is @ 2600x3900.

BTW: did I mention that a full view is a must?

I've worked a bit more on those big stars, and on the fog over the moon... I hope it looks a bit better now
